Ingredients of Eggy Noodles

  1. You need of Indomie noodles.
  2. It’s of Eggs.
  3. Prepare of Onions.
  4. Make ready of Coriander powder (lately I put this spice in almost everything. I like it too much 😄).
  5. It’s of Mixed veg (carrot, peas, green pepper, spring onions whatever you can lay your hands on).
  6. Take of Olive oil.

  1. Cook the noodles in hot boiling water for just two minutes. Drain and set aside..
