Ingredients of Stir Fried Noodles
- Prepare of regular sized Indomie Noodles.
- It’s of Olive oil.
- Prepare of large carrot, diced in to small cubes.
- Prepare of Medium Sized Green pepper, thinly sliced, no seeds.
- Take of Small Sized Onions, finely chopped.
- You need of grounded pepper.
- Prepare of Chicken Franks, sliced in smaller pieces.
- You need of water.
- You need of Salt.
Stir Fried Noodles instructions
- Bring water to boil with a lil dash of Olive oil, add the noodles. Cook for 3 - 4 mins.
- Meanwhile, heat the Olive oil in a large frying pan, then stir-fry the carrot, onions, chicken franks, and green pepper over high heat for 2-3 mins. Start with the carrot to soften it and end with the green pepper..
- Add the grounded pepper, 2 sachets of the Indomie noodles spice and a pinch of salt to taste..
- Drain the noodles thoroughly, add to the pan with the other mix then stir-fry for 2 mins..
- Mix together and serve immediately..
