Ingredients of Bathua and Spinich Sabzi
- Take 1 of Onion Large sliced.
- It’s 1 of Potato diced and boiled.
- Prepare 2 of Tamatoes diced.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Olive oil.
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon of cumin seed.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of chaat masala Laziza Tikka.
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of Ginger Garlic and chopped.
- Take to Taste of Salt.
- Take 1 bunch of saffron Bathua with stems washed.
- Prepare 1 bunch of spinach.
Bathua and Spinich Sabzi instructions
- Heat Oil in Karahi. Add cumin seeds, onions, ginger, garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Add Laziza Masala, Potatoes and Tamatoes. Cook 2 minutes. Add Bathua and Spinich. Toss it good and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn off Heat and Serve when ready..
