Ingredients of Goobi Manchurian

  1. Make ready 300 gm of gobi / cauliflower florets.
  2. Take 3 tablespoon of Corn flour.
  3. Take 2 tablespoon of maida/All purpose flour.
  4. Make ready 1 of onion.
  5. You need 1 of green capsicum.
  6. It’s 1 of red capsicum.
  7. It’s 7-8 spoon of Tomato ketchup.
  8. Take 2-3 spoon of Schezwan chutney.
  9. You need 3 tablespoon of green chilli sauce.
  10. Take 3 tablespoon of red chilli sauce.
  11. Prepare 2 tablespoon of dark soya sauce.
  12. Take To taste of salt.
  13. You need 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
  14. Prepare 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder.
  15. Prepare 1 of Cheese cube for garnishing.
  16. It’s 1/2 tsp of kasturi methi.
  17. Prepare as needed of water.
  18. Prepare as needed of Refined oil.

Goobi Manchurian instructions

  1. Clean 300gm Gobi and cut into medium size. Make a batter by adding corn flour,maida, Half table spoon redchilli powder, Half table spoon salt, half table spoon black pepper mix it well.then add Gobi and coat them well..
  2. Take a kadhie add refined oil in it.heat on medium flame.add coated Gobi in it turn golden and crisp..
  3. Heat 4-6 table spoon refined oil in a kadhie/pan when the oil turns hot.add Chopped onion and Chopped capsicum saute them on a high flame for 3 minutes..
  4. Add soya sauce, Tomato ketchup,red chilli powder,salt, green chilli sauce, Red chilli sauce, Schezwan chutney mix well. Add half Cup of water cook it for 5-10 minutes.until the sauce thickned. Add black pepper and fried Gobi mix well..
  5. Add half table spoon Kasthuri methi.garnish Gobi Manchurian with cheese. Serve the Gobi Manchurian..
