Chicken Potato Croquettes Ramadan Special instructions

  1. Mash boiled potatoes -Add boiled and Shredded chicken, salt.
  2. Crushed red chillies, turmeric (haldi), all spices (garam masala).
  3. Add roasted cumin seeds (bhuna zeera) ; coriander powder (dhany powder) and mix well.
  4. Add chopped mint, chopped Onion, chopped green chillies.
  5. I use fresh fennel leaves (saunf) of my kitchen garden ; add chopped fennel leaves (kati saunf), chopped tomato.
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves ; egg and mix well.
  7. Add bread crumbs ; mix well.
  8. Give different shapes ; make about 40 -45.
  9. Freeze for an hour.
  10. Coat them with egg and then Bread crumbs ; can be freezed for one month.
  11. Fry it on medium low flame untill golden brown… dish out.
  12. Enjoy it with carry cumin Chutney.
