- Wash and soak urad daal for 4 hours. Drain water and Grind Daal in a mixer to a smooth paste. Mix salt and beat the mixture thoroughly till it becomes fluffy..
- Heat oil in a karahi and put one tbsp mixture like a vada, 4-6 vada can be fried at a time..
- Put these vadas in a bowl of water for 15 minutes. Now gently squeeze vadas between your palms and remove water from the vada. Likewise, do it for all the vadas..
- Add curd in a mixing bowl. Mix 1 tbsp sugar and salt to taste and beat it thoroughly with a whisker..
