  9. Make ready 1/3 tsp of garam masala powder.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of fresh curd whisked nicely.

  12. You need 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder.

  1. In a bowl take peas and paneer. Add and mix a beat of salt, turmeric powder,oil, Kashmiri chilli and rest for 45 min..
  2. Fry the marinade paneer and peas in a non stick pan lightly in low med flames..
  3. In a kadai heat oil. Add onion and cook till light brown. Add grated gajar, chilli powder and turmeric powder to get a beautiful colour..
  4. Mix masala paste, chopped tomatoes, salt and cook in low med flame till the oil separates from masala..
  5. Add 1 tbsp water, ginger and marinated peas-paneer. Cook lightly for 1 mins..
  6. Add curd, mix properly and then water to make gravy of your choice. Cover and cook for 1 minutes. Add garam masala and cook 1/2 minute. Switch off the gas..
