  1. Oil in a karahi. Once the oil is hot, add tej patta, black peppercorns, cinnamon, and black cardamom and fry for a few seconds..

  4. Add green chilli and tomato and fry for 2-3 minutes..
  5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and cumin powder and fry for a minute..
  6. Now add little water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add kaleji and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes..
  7. Now add yogurt and cook for another 6-7 minutes..
  8. Add garam masala powder, salt, and fresh coriander and cook for a minute. Serve hot with Naan.
