  2. Add little oil in appe pan. Add batter. Cover and cook on low flame for 3 mins. Put little oil on Vadas and flip it to cook from other side. Cover and cook for 2 mins. Take out when Vadas turns golden brown..

  4. Seive out curd and add 1tsp powdered sugar and 1/4tsp salt..
  5. Squeeze out water from Vada and place it in the plate. Top it with curd, coriander mint chutney, tamarind chutney. Sprinkle red chilli powder, jeera powder and chaat masala. Garnish with boondi, sev, pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves. Ready to serve..
