1. Sb se pehle tomatoes ko roughly cut krlen(barik hon to ziada better hai).
2. Ab gosht ko achi trhan dhokr ek patile me 5 glass pani add karein or us me gosht,tamater,crushed red chili, namak, longen(cloves)or oil daal dein.
3. Then isey low to medium flame p cook karein.
4. Jab gosht gal jae or pani dry hojae to gosht ko achi trhan bhun lein itna ke oil alag hojae or bhunte wqt sabut green chilli b add krden.
5. Jab masalah achi trhan bhun jae to low flame p patile ko cover kar ke 5 min cook karein or phr flame off krden.
6. Yummy our red karahi is ready.
