  1. Make ready 1 Kg of Beef/ Mutton.
  2. You need 2 cups of Yougart.
  3. Make ready 1 Cup of Cream.

Mutton/Beef White Karahi instructions

  1. Add Mutton/ Beef, Sliced Onions, Garlic Cloves, Salt and water in a pressure Cooker. Cook for at least 15 minutes under pressure..

  10. Your white is ready now. Put off the flame. Garnish the Karahi with sliced ginger, green Chilis and Coriander leaves..
  11. Serve the Karahi with Naan or Roti..
