- It’s of small packs of noodles (Indomie).
- It’s of small onion bulb.
- Make ready of garlic.
- Take of medium carrot.
- Prepare of green beans.
- You need of green pea.
- Prepare of cabbage.
- It’s of small green pepper.
- Make ready of chili pepper.
- Take of egg.
- You need of curry (optional).
- You need of ground pepper.
- Take of Seasoning (comes with noodles).
- You need of cooking spoon of vegetable oil.
Egg and Vegetable Stir-fried Noodles step by step
- Place your noodles in a pot of boiling water, add the green pea and simmer for 2 minutes..
- While the noodles is boiling, prepare your vegetables, cut the cabbage into slices, mince the garlic, onions and pepper, cut the carrots and green bean into small cubes.
- Pour the noodles into a seive.
- Place a frying pan on the stove and heat up the vegetable oil..
- Pour the onions and garlic till they're translucent, add the carrots and green beans and leave for 1 minute.
- Add the cabbage and peppers, sprinkle the seasonings, some curry powder and the ground pepper. stir for few seconds..
- Whisk the egg and pour in, allow to cuddle a bit, then scramble..
- Lastly, add the parboiled noodles, mix with the vegetables, cover, the pan, lower the heat and allow to simmer for minute.
