- Boil water with salt and a dash of oil and add your noodles and cook for 3-4 mins. Drain it completely and put it aside to cool.
- Chopped your veggies.
- In a separate pan heat oil and deep fry your boiled noodles until crispy and golden but not burnt..
- Sauté all your veggies add tomato sauce, salt and the fried noodles. Mix well and serve while still hot and crispy.
