- Prepare 3 tsp of coriander leaves finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 tsp of chillli flakes.
- It’s 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1 bowl of Boiled pasta.
Chicken Dabba Ghost step by step
- First cut the boneless chicken into small cubes. Wash them and Marinate it with ginger and garlic paste and little salt. Keep it for 1 hrs. Now boil the pasta/ macroni. Drain the water and keep it aside..
- Next cut the potatoes into thin slices rub little salt and then heat oil in a pan and fry them until a light brown. Make a paste of roasted chana dal, poppy and melon seeds and kaju and green Chile. Now keep the fried potatoes aside.
- Now in a khadi oil. Then add the chopped onion. When it becomes pink add the chicken. Saute it till the water dries. Then add the paste. Mix them well. Saute it for 5 min.
