  4. Sauted it well untill the oil comes up..
  5. Now take a frying pan.
  6. Add desi ghee put garlic and button chillies.
  7. Wen it gets brown add this oil into the sauted saag..
  8. For roti knead a smooth dough by mixing all the above ingredients and make a small roti with desi ghee on top.yumm.
  9. For lassi mix all the ingredients and serve it with crushed ice..
