Ingredients of Booyah Chicken

  1. Take 2 lb of chicken pieces.
  2. Make ready 2 lb of beef stew meat.
  3. Make ready 2 lb of pork roast.
  4. Make ready 3 cup of chicken broth.
  5. Make ready 3 clove of garlic, whole.
  6. Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
  7. Make ready 7 cup of or enough water to cover.
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  9. Make ready 1 cup of diced onion.
  10. Make ready 1 cup of diced carrots.
  11. You need 1 cup of diced celery.
  12. It’s 1 clove of minced garlic.
  13. Take 3 of potatoes, peeled and diced.
  14. You need 3/4 tsp of salt.
  15. It’s 1/2 tsp of dried rosemary.
  16. Make ready 1/4 tsp of black pepper.
  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp of dried thyme.
  18. Make ready 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper.
  19. Take 3/4 tsp of lemon zest.
  20. Make ready 1 can of green beans, drained, about (15 oz.) can.
  21. It’s 1 can of peas, drained, about (15 oz.) can.
  22. Take 1 can of corn, drained about(15 oz.) can.
  23. Prepare 1/2 head of green cabbage.
  24. Take 1 can of diced tomatoes, about (15 oz.) can.

Booyah Chicken step by step

  1. Place chicken, beef, and pork in big pot. Add 3 cloves of garlic. Also add chicken broth and and bay leaf, and enough water to cover meat. Bring to boil, cover and turn down to simmer. Simmer 2 hours.
  2. Salute onions, carrots, and celery in vegetable oil..
  3. Take meat out and cut into bite size. Place back into broth. Add salute vegetables and potatoes, and cabbage.
  4. Add all spices bring back to boil, then down to simmer and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until potatoes and cabbage is tender.
  5. Add drained canned vegetables and cook until heated through..
  6. I forgot to get parsley but one recipe had 1/2 cup chopped parsley at end of cooking.
