  2. You need 200 gram of paneer cut into cubes.

  5. You need 1 of bay leaf.
  6. You need To taste of salt and sugar.
  7. Make ready As needed of oil and ghee.
  8. Prepare As needed of yellow colour.

Paneer pilao instructions

  1. At first boil water adding salt and whole garam masalas.
  2. Add rice and boil till it is half done.
  3. Drain the water and keep the rice aside.
  4. Now heat oil and shallow fry the paneer,keep aside.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan and add whole garam masalas and allow to crackle.
  6. Add cashew-raisins and saute well for a minute.
  7. Add the rice and combine well.
  8. Add colour and mix it well.
  9. Finally add sugar and sprinkle ghee.
  10. The pilao is ready to serve.
