- You need of #polao.
- You need 1 kg of Rice (soak).
- Take 1 of and half kg Mutton.
- It’s 2 of Onions slice cut.
- Prepare 1 of and half Tomatoes.
- It’s 4-5 of Green chilli.
- Prepare 1 inch of ginger.
- Make ready 4-5 of garlic clove.
- Make ready 1 of Lemon / 1tbls juice.
- Make ready 2 tbls of oil (bcz yakhni main b oil hota ha).
- Take of Water as required.
- Make ready 1 tbls of Yellow food clr.
- It’s 2 tbls of fry onion.
- It’s of #Spices.
- Prepare 1 tbls of salt or to taste.
- You need 1 tbls of black pepper powder.
- Make ready 1 tbls of white pepper powder.
- Take 1 tbls of Coriander powder.
- Make ready 1 tbls of polao masala.
- Take 1 tbls of Carom seeds.
- Prepare 2-3 of Cinnamon stick.
- Make ready 1 of Cardamon.
- Take of #Stock/yakhni.
- Make ready of Mutton.
- Make ready of Water.
- Make ready 1 of onion dice cut.
- Prepare 2-3 of Green chilli dice cut.
- Make ready 1 tbls of ginger paste.
- Take 1 tbls of garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tbls of Carom seeds.
- Prepare 1 tbls of fennel seeds.
- Take 1 tbls of slat.
- You need 1 tbls of black pepper powder.
- Take 1 of Cardamon and Cinnamon stick.

Yakhni polao restaurant style ๐๐ step by step
- Wash your hand say bismiAllah and droud shareef.
- First prepare your stock wash mutton very well add in pateela now add water all spices that mentioned above cook first on high flame until one boil come then low medium your flame and cook it untill mutton done.
- Now assemble all ingredients that use in polao preparation.
- Now take a blender add tomatoes,ginger,garlic,green chilli 2tbls water and blend fine paste.
- Take a wok place on another stove add 2tbsl oil and Onion fry it untill done with light golden brown clr.
- Take it out some onion for dum.
- Now add some water in wok when Onion done and also add blend mixture in it.
- When aroma release then add mutton after strain it from stock stir it for 5m.
- Now add all spices that mentioned above and continuously stir it untill aroma release.
- After that add yakhni/stock according to rice and bring it to boil then add rice after strain it.
- Now cook it medium flame until rice will be cook 95% and water will be reduce add yellow food colore (mix it before with 1tbls water) add green chilli and fry onion.
- Keep on Dum for 5-10m on low flame place tawa on flame then place wok and cover it with aluminum foil after 5m remove from stove.
- Now dishout in plate and serve it…yummy yakhni polao is ready๐๐๐.
