- Prepare 2 of cinnamon sticks.
- Take 12 of black peppercorns.
- Take 2 of green cardamoms.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of green chillies paste.
- You need 3 cups of water.
- It’s 1 tbsp of ghee.
- It’s 1 of medium onion sliced.
- It’s 1/2 cup of yoghurt.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of almond paste.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of all spice powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
- Take 1/4 cup of water.
- Take 3 cups of maida.
- Prepare 1.5 tsp of yeast.
- You need 2.5 tsp of sugar.
- You need 1.5 tsp of salt.
- Make ready 1 tsp of oil.
- Take 1/2 cup of lukewarm water.

Arabian ouzi rice/parda pilao step by step
- In a pot add 2 tbsp ghee. Fry onions until golden.
- Add mutton, ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste and cook for 5 minutes..
- Add all the sabut khara garam masala, salt, coriander powder, sonf powder and mix well..
- Cook for 5 more minutes then add adequate amount of water and cook until meat is tender.
- Set aside the tender meat..
- Cook rice in the remaining stock of boiled mutton..
- Take 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Fry one medium onion until golden. Add boiled meat to it..
- Add yoghurt and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame..
- Add almond paste, salt, all spice powder, black pepper, little water and cook on high flame until oil separates..
- In a bowl add maida salt sugar yeast and oil. Add water gradually and knead a soft dough. Set aside for 2 hours.
- Now roll out the dough in shape of a big roti. Put it in a deep bowl with dough sides hanging on bowl's walls..
- Fill the dough with rice then mutton then some fried onion then again rice. Cover with the sides of dough by applying some milk on corners..
- Once properly sealed, flip over a baking dish. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes..
- Cut the dough and enjoy hot rice😍.
