Ingredients of Poha Palak Cutlet

  1. Take 2 of boiled potatoes (large).
  2. Make ready 1 cup of poha.
  3. You need 200 g of spinach.
  4. It’s 4 of green chillies.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of aamchoor powder.
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of Ginger paste.
  7. Take 1 tbsp of garlic paste.
  8. Take 1 tbsp of turmeric.
  9. You need To taste of Salt (accordingly).

Poha Palak Cutlet step by step

  1. Wash poha gently and keep it aside in a stainer..
  2. Wash and cut the spinach..
  3. Peel and Mash the boiled potatoes..
  4. Take a bowl and put poha, meshed potatoes and spinach in it. Mix it well..
  5. Now add garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, amchoor powder, green chillies and salt in it. And mix it gently..
  6. Now apply some oil in your palms and make small pieces of cutlets in your favorite shapes and keep them aside..
  7. Now pour some oil in fry pan and deep fry these cutlets. Your cutlets are ready, serve them with Hari chutney and tomato ketchup..
