Ingredients of Poha Palak Cutlet
- Take 2 of boiled potatoes (large).
- Make ready 1 cup of poha.
- You need 200 g of spinach.
- It’s 4 of green chillies.
- You need 1 tbsp of aamchoor powder.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Ginger paste.
- Take 1 tbsp of garlic paste.
- Take 1 tbsp of turmeric.
- You need To taste of Salt (accordingly).
Poha Palak Cutlet step by step
- Wash poha gently and keep it aside in a stainer..
- Wash and cut the spinach..
- Peel and Mash the boiled potatoes..
- Take a bowl and put poha, meshed potatoes and spinach in it. Mix it well..
- Now add garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, amchoor powder, green chillies and salt in it. And mix it gently..
- Now apply some oil in your palms and make small pieces of cutlets in your favorite shapes and keep them aside..
- Now pour some oil in fry pan and deep fry these cutlets. Your cutlets are ready, serve them with Hari chutney and tomato ketchup..
