- You need 2 cup of Soy Sauce.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Golden brown sugar.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of Honey.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of Black ground pepper.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Basil.
- Make ready 1 pinch of of Salt.
Legged Teriyaki Chicken (Without Vinegar) instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together (Large mixing bowl).
- Stir until the brown sugar and honey has fully broken down.
- Add the chicken legs with the mixture (Fully coding every inch of the chicken).
- Cover bowl with aluminum foil.
- Mariate for 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Heat a large pan with olive oil (big enough pan that can fit all the meat).
- Place all the chicken legs in the pan..
- Use a tablespoon to drizzle each meat with the mariated sauce..
- Add a pinch of brown sugar on top of each meat (Like an extra coding).
- Cover the pan and lower the heat to medium-low..
- Cook for 10 mins.
