  2. Prepare 2 cups of cold milk.

  4. Heat the left over milk in heavy bottom kadhai. Boil & stir the milk till turns thick. Add few strands of saffron..
  5. Add grated cottage cheese and cook till looks like rabri. Remove from heat. Add cardamom and rose water..
  6. Cool and pour the rabri at room temperature over the slices..
  7. Garnish it with shredded almonds pistachios and silver leaf. Dot with soaked saffron..
  8. Serve cold with extra rabri..
