- Add sugar to milk. Dip the fried slices in cold milk, remove immediately to the serving platter..
- Heat the left over milk in heavy bottom kadhai. Boil & stir the milk till turns thick. Add few strands of saffron..
- Add grated cottage cheese and cook till looks like rabri. Remove from heat. Add cardamom and rose water..
- Cool and pour the rabri at room temperature over the slices..
- Garnish it with shredded almonds pistachios and silver leaf. Dot with soaked saffron..
- Serve cold with extra rabri..
