Ingredients of Makhani Sauce Pasta
- You need 2 tsp of butter.
- Make ready 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
- Prepare 4-5 of chopped tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It’s as required of Tomato sauce and red chilli sauce.
- Take as required of Oregano and Chilli flakes.
- It’s 1 cup of water.
- You need as per taste of Salt and Sugar.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of penne pasta.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of corn.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of capsicum.
- You need 1/2 cup of milk and water.
Makhani Sauce Pasta instructions
- Take a sauce pan add 2 tspn of butter then add kitchen king masala,garam masala,red chilli powder and give a mix then add chopped tomatoes,1/2 cup water,red chilli sauce, tomato sauce,sugar,salt,oregano,chilli flakes and 1/2 cup milk and mix it and cook it untill it gets sauce consistency then add corn and capsicum..
- Meanwhile take another pan add 6 to 8 cups of water and boil the water then put pasta into it add 2 tspn oil and salt (add oil so that the pasta don't turns out to be sticky)..
- Boil the pasta untill they are cooked once done strain them and put them into the makhani Sauce and give a stir (do not stir a lot your pasta might break). Put it into the serving bowl and garnish it with cheese..
