Ingredients of Kabuli polao

  1. Take 750 gms of chicken.
  2. It’s 1 tbsp of salt.
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
  4. Prepare of 1 tsp zeera.

  6. It’s 1 of tomato cubes.

  1. Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes..

  6. Now add rice and cook it well, now next pan add butter with carrots, sugar and all the raisins fry it set a side,when the rice cook well sprinkle the raisons and carrots on the top of rice..
