  6. Now keep pot at low flame.whisk gently till mixture thickens. Add mozzarella & cottage cheese & keep stirring till cheese is melt & smooth mixture is formed.add rosewater aftr removing from heat..
  7. Grease tin slightly.round or square any shape.add 2/3 of crushed buttered phainis in pan.evenly spread it & press firmly into bottom & edges..
  8. Spread cheese filling over pressed phanies.make even layer at crushed vermacillies.
  9. Spread remaining phanies over cheese filling. Press evenly with spatula. Brush with 1 -2 tbsp melted butter..
  10. Keep in preheated oven for 25-30 min at 180°c till the top is slight golden & edges of dough are brown & bubbly.
  11. Take out from oven. Give rest for some time. Invert the dish so that buttered phaini pressed bottom layer is at top..
  12. Pour sugar syrup at top gently..
