Ingredients of Paao Bhaaji

- You need 250 gm of corriender seeds.
- It’s 100 gm of Cummin seeds.
- Prepare 100 gm of fennel.
- It’s 50 gm of black pepper.
- Make ready 20 of cloves.
- You need 5 of black cardimum.
- Make ready 4 of bay leaves.
- Make ready 1 tb of cinnamon.
- Take 2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 3 tsp of amm choor powder.
- It’s 2 tb of red Chilli powder.
- Make ready 3 tb of Kashmiri mirch powder.

- Prepare 2 of carrots.
- It’s 2 of potatoes boiled & mashed.
- It’s 1 cup of coliflower.
- Take 1/2 cup of peas.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of same phalli.
- It’s 3 of tomatoes.
- Prepare 2 of capsicum.
- Prepare 2 of onions.
- Take 1 tb of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1 of & a 1/2 tb paao bhaaji masala.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Cummin seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of kusoori methi.
- It’s 4 of green chillies.
- It’s 4 tb of lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 bunch of corriender leaf.
- Make ready 1/4 of th cup oil.
- Prepare 50 gm of butter.
Paao Bhaaji step by step
- Add all ingredients in flour & neet a soft dough and place it in warm dry place for 3 hrs, after 3hr punch the dough & make buns, and egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds and again keep it covered for 15min, then in a pre heated oven at 200°C bake it for 15-20mins,then brush it with oil after baking.
- Cut all vegetables in small pieces, add chop onions and cumin seeds in oil and cook it for 5mins, add ginger garlic paste and blended tomato in it, add up all spices in it and all vegetables too, then add one cup water cook it covered till 15min, add capsicum & green chillies in it, and mash all vegetables with the help of potato masher, add boiled & mashed potatoes in this, add kusoori methi, corriender leaf & lemon juice..
- Sprinkle paao bhaaji masala & butter on the vegetables, your bhaaji is ready to serve..
