- It’s 100 gms of Penne Pasta.
- Prepare 1 of tomato.
- Take 1 of Onion.
- It’s 1 tsp of Jeera.

- You need 1 tsp of Ginger &Garlic paste.
- It’s 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Take 1 tsp of Kasuri methi.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
- Take 1 of capsicum.
- You need 15 pcs of Cashews.
- Take 1 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1 tsp of maida.
- You need 2 of small cubes butter.
- You need 1 tsp of Oregano.
Pasta in Makhani Sauce step by step
- Take 300ml of water and add salt, oil and penne pasta, boil till the pasta is cooked. Empty the boiled pasta to a bowl and add oil and salt and give it a mix so that they do not stick to each other..
- Now take a wide pan add oil to it, add jeera, 1 chopped onion and fry till the onion turns translucent, add ginger and garlic paste, saute it till the raw smell goes off. Next add tomatoes and cashews and cook until the tomatoes become mushy. Transfer the cooked ingredients to a bowl and allow it to cool. Then grind to a fine paste..
- Take a pan and add 2 cubes of butter and add 1 tbsp of maida and mix it well. Once the maida blends with the butter add 2 cups of milk and give a quick stir until it thickens to a sauce texture without any lumps. Now add onion&tomato puree to this and salt as per taste, mix them well. Next add chopped capsicum, oregano, red chilli powder, coriander powder and allow it to cook for 5 mins. Then add the cooked pasta to the sauce and allow it to cook for another 5 to 7 mins with the lid closed..
