1. Make ready 2 of Boiled potatoes.

3. You need Half of teaspoon jeera, ajwain.
4. Take 2 tea spoon of dhaniya powder.
5. Take 1 tea spoon of turmeric powder.
6. Take to taste of Salt.
7. Make ready 1 of chopped onion.
8. Take 1 of chopped tomato.
9. Make ready 1 table spoon of oil.
10. Prepare leaves of Green coriander.
11. Make ready 2 tea spoon of vinegar.
12. It’s Half of teaspoon hing.
13. Prepare 2 tea spoon of red chilli sauce.
14. You need 1 tea spoon of kasuri methi.

Alu arvi chatpata step by step

1. Fry sliced potatoes and arvi till golden brown.
2. Take oil in kadai, jeera, hing, chopped onion saute till golden brown.
3. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, kasuri methi and little water.
4. Cover it for some time.
5. Add fried potatoes and arvi and little red chilli sauce.
6. Mix it well and cover for 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with green coriander leaves.
8. Alu arvi chatpata ready to eat.
