Ingredients of Crunchy Vermicelli kunafa
- Prepare 1 packet of Vermicelli.
- You need 4 tablespoon of Butter.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Yellow food color.
- It’s 1 packet of Mozzarella cheese.
- It’s 5 tablespoon of Khoya.
- Make ready of Pistachio grinded for topping.
- Make ready of Dried Rose petals for garnish.
- It’s of For Sugar Syrup:-.
- Make ready 1 cup of water.
- Take 1 of ,cup sugar.
- Make ready Pinch of saffron.
Crunchy Vermicelli kunafa instructions
- Take a 8 into 8 circle Baking pan and apply butter on bottom.
- Take Vermicelli in a bowl, add 3-4 tablespoon butter and yellow color, mix and break the vermicelli with hands until fine pieces.
- Put the first layer of vermicelli in pan and gently press, apply khoya and mozzarella cheese as second layer and add 3rd top layer of vermicelli again and press gently.
- Bake it in oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.
- Make sugar Syrup by adding water, sugar and pinch of saffron. Cook for 20 minutes until sugar dissolves and turn off the heat.
- Remove the kunafa from oven and ppur sugar syrup on top, Garnish with cardamom and rose petals.
- Serve warm crunchy vermicelli kunafa with cheese inside…..
