Yakhni plaow instructions

  1. Preparation for yakhni Take a pan place washed beef in it then add almost 8 glass water.
  2. Then when first boil comes clean the scum and then add souf,sabut dhaniya, 1chopped onion, pealed garlic cloves, small ginger piece, green chillies and sprinkle lemon.
  3. When it was done separate the beef from yakhni.
  4. Then take another pan pour oil then add chopped onions when they become golden becomes add g.g paste.
  5. Then add sabut garam masala, chopped potatoes, mint leaves salt and broil it well.
  6. Then add chopped tomatoes, beaten yougert,green chilli paste,beef,green chillies and yakhni then add soaked rice then cook it until rice cooked then serve.
