  6. Prepare 3/4 cup of refined flour.
  7. Prepare 1 pinch of kalonji.
  8. You need as needed of Refined oil.
  9. Make ready 1/2 cup of curd.
  10. You need 1/2 spoon of baking soda.
  11. Prepare 1 of onion sliced lengthwise.
  12. Prepare 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.
  13. You need 1 spoon of tomato sauce.

Chatpata nan burger instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise and tomato sauce in a bowl.
  2. Mashed potatoes and add salt,garam masala,bread crumbs and red chilli powder.
  3. Mix well and give shape of cutlet.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil.
  5. Mix refined flour,salt,curd,soda,kalonji and 2 spoon refined oil in a bowl.
  6. Knead a soft dough by adding water.
  7. Cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
  8. Make 4 balls from the dough and roll into small naans.
  9. Slightly cook from both sides on hot griddle.
  10. Apply mayonnaise on half side of naan.
  11. Put onion slices,cutlet,mayonnaise,again onion slices.
  12. Fold naan and grill for 2 minutes in sandwich maker..
