Ingredients of Kunafa

  1. You need 150 gm of Roasted brown vermicelli.
  2. You need 6-7 Tsp of Melted butter.
  3. It’s 1 cup of Sugar.
  4. Prepare of Saffaron optional.
  5. Take 50 gm of Ricotta cheese.
  6. Make ready 50 gm of Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Make ready of Pistachio,almonds or cashewnuts for decoration.
  8. Prepare of Chocolate sauce for topping optional.
  9. Prepare of Dark chocolate/white chocolate flakes 4 Tsp for chocolate sauce.
  10. Take 4 Tsp of cream for chocolate sauce.
  11. You need of for second type of kunafa cheese filling.
  12. Take 100 gm of Cheddar or soft cheese.
  13. Prepare 1 cup of milk.
  14. Prepare 1 Tsp of Mozzarella.
  15. You need of Corn flour 1 Tsp in 4 Tsp milk.

  15. 4 Tsp chocolate flakes,4 Tsp cream.
  16. Thick and glazed sauce topping.
  17. Second type of creamy cheese filling.
  18. Mix sugar in milk and boil.
  19. Add corn flour to thicken and add cheese.
  20. Bake it same like ist kunafa,add sugar syp and nuts or chocolate sauce topping.
