  5. Make ready 1/2 cup of Carrot juice.
  6. You need drops of Vanilla essence Few.
  7. It’s of Few drops Orange Food colour.
  8. It’s of Ghee – For greasing the molds (optional).
  9. It’s 7-10 of Pistachio.

  3. Cook the Mixture till it leaves the corner of the pan and starts forming a mass.Transfer this to a greased plate and let it cool a bit. When it cool down but still warm to touch knead it well..
  4. Grease ur hands with ghee.Shape the sondesh as you like or use a sondesh mold to give some embellishment. I tried to give my sondesh a carrot shape with a pistachio on top for the leaves.. For base i crushed pistachios with chocolate cookies..
