- First cut chap into round pieces..
- Curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt in a mixing bowl and mix it well..
- Add chap pieces and mix well and keep aside for 20-25 minutes..
- After 25 minutes shallow fry the chap and keep aside..
- Heat oil /butter in a wok add whole garam masala till roast give a aroma in oil add onion paste and saute..
- When onion change in colour add tomato puree and cashew paste and salt,saute till leave the oil..
- Now add all spices and again saute for 2 minutes..
- Add cream and Little water and boiled for 10 minutes on low flame..
- Add fried chap and cook for 10 minutes..
- Sprinkle kasuri methi and now ready mughlai chaap..
