  6. You need 2 tbsp of lime juice.
  7. Take 1/2 cup of khoya.
  8. Make ready 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.

  3. Now take any round mould or cup cake mould if you want to make in big size take any baking tray take any shape i used cup cake mould for making only for 2 person. Next add the coloured part of vermicelli and press with the help of spoon at the bottom next add khoya and spread nicely top of that add shredded cheese and again press lightly..
  4. And at the last top part again cover with the remaining vermicelli and press it again slightly. Moulds are ready to keep in oven/otg for 10minutes on180°.Next take out the mould and put the sugar syrup when it is hot so that it goes inside nicely and get mixed don't add too much syrup just add 1tbsp for 1 mould..
  5. And when it is cool down take a serving plate and flip the mould on it and you will find very smoothly it will leave he mould now garnish with chopped pistachios and enjoy the creamy and cheesy kunafeh serve this delicious and yummy dessert..
