  7. Lastly add lemon juice so that it does not crustalize..
  8. Now prepare cream cheese filling which is most important.
  9. Mix milk cornflor and sugar keep it on medium flame and mix continously.
  10. Avoid lumps.
  11. After 5 mins add cream cheese or cream+cheese and mix untill cheese melts lastly add vanilla essence.
  12. Now take a bake proof vessel.
  13. Apply butter.
  14. Make 2 portions of seviyan. Add one portion to greased vessel and flatten it.
  15. Apply cream cheese filling on it which we made.
  16. Leave the edges.
  17. Now put another portion of seviya and press lightly.
  18. Gove it a nice.
  19. Preheat the oven and put this kunafa to bake at 180degree for 20 to 25 mins.
  20. After baking leave it for 5 mins.
  21. Then pour sugar syrup on all the sides and middle.
  22. Then garnish with pistachios.
  23. Serve hot or cold as you desire.
