Ingredients of Torai Gosht
- Make ready 350 gm of Mutton.
- Make ready 250 Gm of Bottle Gourd (Torai).
- Prepare 1 of Onion.
- It’s 2-3 of Tomato.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Oil.
- Prepare 1 of Bay leaf.
- You need 1 of Cinnamon stick.
- Take 2-3 of Cloves.
- You need 3-4 of Green Cardamom.
- You need 1 Tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- Take 1 Tsp of Salt.
- Take 1/2 Tsp of Termuric.
- Make ready 1 Tbsp of Ginger paste.
- You need 1 Tbsp of Garlic paste.
- Take 2-3 of Green chillies.
Torai Gosht step by step
- Take oil in a pot. Add all sabut garam masala. Add sliced onions and fry to pink. Add mutton, ginger garlic paste, fry till mutton changes it's colour. Add chop tomatoes, red chilli powder, termuric, 2 cups water and let it cook till half done on medium heat..
- Wash and cut Torai in round slices. Add Torai to mutton when it is half cooked. Mix well to blend together. Cover and cook on medium heat till the torai and meat both are tender.fry the curry to mix both together. Add salt and green chillies. Serve hot with chapati. Enjoy.
