  2. It’s 3 of Onion Medium size.
  3. Take 4 of Tomatoes medium size.
  4. It’s 3 of Green chilli.
  5. It’s as needed of Coriander leaves.
  6. It’s to taste of Salt.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  8. Make ready as needed of Oil.
  9. Take Pinch of turmeric.

Chatpata bharta step by step

  1. Roast brinjals on gas flame.
  2. Mash the roasted brinjal.
  3. Heat the pan put oil in it.
  4. Add chopped onion to it stir till it half cooked then add tomatoes and let it cooked.
  5. Add all spices and grwem chilli to it and stir it for 10mints and add meshed brinjal to it.
  6. Leave for 5mints amd garnish with Coriander leaves.

You can also stuff it in a paratha and make a roll out of it.Punjabi baingan bharta is easy to make and has a delicious smoky flavor from the roasted eggplant.Serve it with freshly made with hot chapatis.
