- Pehle palak ko dhokar mixi me pees lijiye.
- Atte me oil thoda namak milaye aur palak ka paste aur jarurat ke hisab se pani dekar atta gunthle.
- Fir thoda thoda atta hathon me lekar rings banale ya ap apne hisab se shape banae.
- Fir ek patile me pani ubale aur ubalte hue pani me atte ke pasta ko dalkar boil karein aur 5 miniute ubalne ke baad pani se strain karle.
- Fir white sauce ready karein uske liye ek pan me butter dale fir usme wheat flour dalkar fry karein fir usme milk dalkar 5 miniute ke liye pakae agar jarurat pade toh thoda milk ya pani add karein fir black pepper dalkar utar de.
