Ingredients of Chatpata UPMA

1. Prepare 1 cup of Semolina (Rava).
2. You need as required of Roasted peanuts.
3. It’s 3-4 spoon of Cooking oil.
4. Take 1 tbsp of Mustard seeds.
5. It’s 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
6. Make ready 7-8 of Curry leaves.
7. Make ready 2 of Chopped green chilli.
8. Take 1 of medium sized onion chopped.
9. Make ready 1 of chopped tomato.
10. Take 1/2 spoon of red chilli powder.
11. Make ready to taste of Salt according.
12. It’s 1/2 spoon of Turmeric powder.
13. Make ready 1 spoon of Ghee.

Chatpata UPMA instructions

1. Heat the Pan and add ghee then add Semolina (Rava) and roast it completely. Then take out the roasted Rava from the Pan and keep aside..
2. Again pre - heat the Pan and add cooking oil, mustard seeds & cumin seeds, curry leaves & chopped green chillies, add chopped onion, chopped tomato and cover the Pan for 3-4 min..
3. Now add peanuts, turmeric powder, salt, Red chilli powder and mix it then add water then slowly add roasted semolina and mix till water is dry..
4. Now our upma is ready serve it as your wish..
