  2. You need 1 of Capsicum (small).
  3. Take 1/2 piece of Carrot shredded.
  4. You need As needed of Cheese regular.
  5. Make ready As needed of Cheese mozzarella for topping.
  6. Prepare 1 of Onion.
  7. Make ready 1 of Tomato.
  8. Prepare 1/2 spoon of Refined flour.
  9. You need to taste of Salt.
  10. Make ready 1 pinch of Black pepper crushed.
  11. Prepare As needed of Chilli flakes.
  12. It’s 2 tsp of Organo or mixed herbs.
  13. You need 2 tsp of Melted butter.
  14. It’s As needed of Olive oil.
  15. You need of Garlic optional.
  16. Take As needed of Mint leaves or basil leaves.

Cheese Bruschetta Italian finger food party appetizer step by step

  1. First wash, peel and cut the veggie in different shapes as shown in the pic (beca'se cooking time of different veggies is n't same).
  2. Take a frying pan.. Put some butter,put the veggies one by one (onions first, tomatoes in the last)and toss them..add spices along with salt (salt should be light) and mix..don't cook much as to maintain the crunch of veggies..add refined flour in the mixture..add regular cheese.
  3. Take yo'r bruschettas and spread little melted butter (if u r making with garlic then mix 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic in the melted butter) then spread.
  4. Spread veggies mixture on bruschettas and shredd mozerella cheese on top and microwave 30-30 seconds or(roast on non stick tawa for 2 minutes till mozzarella cheese is melted) 2 times and take it out.
  5. Yo'r Italian bruschetta r ready..garnish with a drop of tomato ketchup and a (mint,coriander or basil) leaf as u have available.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Instruction ; if u r taking hard bread then cut it in to slices and roast on medium to slow flame till get crunchy.
