Ingredients of Raw mango pasta biryani

  11. It’s 1 tbsp of chopped cashew.
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of butter/ghee.

  1. In a pressure cooker boil pasta with water by adding 1/4 tsp cooking oil..

  4. In a pan heat butter and add bay leaf and mustard seeds..
  5. When it starts crackling then add chopped onion and green chilli. Saute it for 1 minute..
  6. Add chopped cashew..
  7. Add boiled rice,curd, salt, cinnamon powder and biryani masala. Mix it very well..
  8. Now add boiled pasta and grated raw mango..
  9. Mix it, cover the lid and dum it on low flame for2-3 minutes..
  10. In last add chopped green coriander..
  11. Flavorful pasta biryani is ready. Serve hot..
