  2. Prepare of Oil.
  3. You need of onion.
  4. Prepare of capsicum.
  5. Take of Gharam masala.
  6. Take of Water.
  7. Prepare of Soy sauce.

Fried Noodles step by step

  1. Place the noodles in boiling water.
  2. Let it simmer for 2minutes.
  3. Drain the water and put the noodles aside.
  4. Fry onions in a pan then add the chopped capsicums.
  5. Put some gharam masala and stir for 2minutes.
  6. Place the noodles in the pan. Stir and serve hot.
  7. You can add protein of your choice.
