Ingredients of Tandoori Pasta

  10. Prepare 1 of medium onion (finely chopped).
  11. Take 2 of tomatoes- puree them.

Tandoori Pasta step by step

  1. Boil pasta as per the instructions on the packet. I use 3 cups of water for 1 cup pasta boil it for 10-12 minutes. Add a teaspoon of salt while boiling..
  2. Once cooked, drain of the water and keep it aside..
  3. To prepare the marinade, in a lage bowl, take curd and mix in all the spices well..
  4. Add cooled down pasta to it and mix really well. Cover it with a plate and keep aside for minimum 1 hour..
  5. Heat up a pan, add butter to it. Add in the onions and cook them till transparent. Now add mushrooms and corns. Saute for another 5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt..
  6. Now add the tomato puree and let it cook well…till it thickens..
  7. Now you may add only one spoon of cream/malai. It is optional..
  8. Pasta sauce is ready..
  9. After an hour, add in the marinated pasta, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes..
  10. Sprinkle some oregano..
  11. Serve hot..

How to make this Tandoori paste?Just mix all the ingredients together.I use already ground spices to speed up things.
