Ingredients of Kothimbir Vadi

  1. Prepare 1 bunch of coriander leaves.
  2. Take 3/4 bowl of besan.
  3. It’s 2 tbspn of garlic chilli paste.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of salt.
  5. Prepare of Oil for shallow frying.

Kothimbir Vadi step by step

  1. Wash and cut coriander leaves. And keep all ingredients ready..
  2. In big bowl mix coriander leaves, besan, salt and garlic chilli paste and mix well..
  3. Meanwhile keep steamer on gas and grease the plate..
  4. Now make small cylindrical shape logs and put in steamer..
  5. Steam it for 12 minutes. Take a knife test. If it is clean than its steamed properly..
  6. Cut small roundels and on nonstick tawa shallow fry it..
  7. Shallow fry till get golden colour. Enjoy it with sauce..
