Ingredients of Kothimbir Vadi
- Prepare 1 bunch of coriander leaves.
- Take 3/4 bowl of besan.
- It’s 2 tbspn of garlic chilli paste.
- It’s 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare of Oil for shallow frying.
Kothimbir Vadi step by step
- Wash and cut coriander leaves. And keep all ingredients ready..
- In big bowl mix coriander leaves, besan, salt and garlic chilli paste and mix well..
- Meanwhile keep steamer on gas and grease the plate..
- Now make small cylindrical shape logs and put in steamer..
- Steam it for 12 minutes. Take a knife test. If it is clean than its steamed properly..
- Cut small roundels and on nonstick tawa shallow fry it..
- Shallow fry till get golden colour. Enjoy it with sauce..
