Ingredients of My Chili

  1. It’s 1 lb of ground beef.

  5. Make ready 1 of 28oz can of crushed tomatoes.
  6. You need 1 of 28oz can of diced tomatoes.

  8. Prepare 1 of 15oz can of black beans (drained and rinsed).
  9. You need 2 large of white onions (finely chopped).
  10. Take 5 clove of of garlic (finely chopped).
  11. Take 1 of red pepper (roasted, peeled, and chopped).
  12. Prepare 1 of yellow pepper (roasted, peeled, and chopped).
  13. Take 3 tbsp of of chili powder.
  14. You need 1 tbsp of of chipolte chili powder.
  15. Take 1 tbsp of fo ground cumin.
  16. Take 1 tbsp of of smoked paprika.
  17. Make ready 2 tsp of of dried oregano.
  18. It’s 1 of salt and pepper to taste.

My Chili instructions

  1. In large heavy pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until lightly crisp. While bacon is cooking, roast peppers in broiler until blackened. Remove and allow to cool.
