Ingredients of Dosa Paratha Role

  1. Take 1 bowl of wheat flour.
  2. Make ready of Remaining dosa batter.
  3. Take 1 bowl of Some chopped veggies (capsicum,tomato,carrot, spring onion).
  4. Take 200 g of paneer grated.
  5. You need 2 to 3 of Chopped green chilli.
  6. You need of Salt.
  7. Prepare half tps of Black pepper.
  8. It’s pinch of Chaat masala.
  9. Take of Chopped coriander.
  10. Prepare of Oil.

Dosa Paratha Role step by step

  1. Add salt in wheat flour and make a soft dough.
  2. Now take a small portion of dough and make big and thin paratha.
  3. Put the paratha on heating tawa…flame should be on medium flame.
  4. Spread the dosa batter on whole paratha.
  5. Then spread chopped veggies,salt,green chilli and black pepper.
  6. Just turn the paratha to other side and spread some oil on paratha.
  7. Cook the paratha from both side till Golden brown.
  8. Before plating just spread grated paneer, chopped coriander and Chaat masala and roll it.
  9. It's ready.
