Ingredients of Dosa Paratha Role
- Take 1 bowl of wheat flour.
- Make ready of Remaining dosa batter.
- Take 1 bowl of Some chopped veggies (capsicum,tomato,carrot, spring onion).
- Take 200 g of paneer grated.
- You need 2 to 3 of Chopped green chilli.
- You need of Salt.
- Prepare half tps of Black pepper.
- It’s pinch of Chaat masala.
- Take of Chopped coriander.
- Prepare of Oil.
Dosa Paratha Role step by step
- Add salt in wheat flour and make a soft dough.
- Now take a small portion of dough and make big and thin paratha.
- Put the paratha on heating tawa…flame should be on medium flame.
- Spread the dosa batter on whole paratha.
- Then spread chopped veggies,salt,green chilli and black pepper.
- Just turn the paratha to other side and spread some oil on paratha.
- Cook the paratha from both side till Golden brown.
- Before plating just spread grated paneer, chopped coriander and Chaat masala and roll it.
- It's ready.
