Paneer makhani burger step by step

  1. Chop the paneer into small cubes. Slightly fry these paneer cubes in a tblsp of oil then keep it aside..
  2. In a pan heat a tblsp of butter and 1 tblsp of oil. Add the chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped ginger and garlic, cashew nuts, salt as per taste and little water. Cook for 2 to 3 mins. Remove it and cool it down. Transfer this into a blender and make a smooth paste..
  3. In a pan add the mixture, red chilli powder and the fried paneer cubes and cook for 5 mins or so. Check the seasoning and cook it till all the water evaporates..
  4. Slice the bun from middle. In a tawa add little butter and toss the buns..
  5. Now take the bottom part of a bun. Spread the mayonnaise and tomato sauce mixture then some onion rings followed by paneer makhani and then cucumber slice. Sprinkle some chaat masala and finally end with the top part of the bun. Do same with the other bun..
