Ingredients of Multigrain Masala Dosa

  1. You need 1/2 cup of wheat flour.
  2. You need 1/2 Cup of Oats, ground to fine flour.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of jowar flour.
  4. It’s 1/2 Cup of bajra flour.
  5. You need 1/2 cup of Ragi flour.
  6. You need 2 Tbsp of Black Gram Flour - urad dal atta.
  7. Take 2 Tbsp of Masoor dal, ground to fine flour.
  8. It’s 1 1/2 tbsp of oil.
  9. It’s of For the stuffing:.
  10. You need 200 gm of fresh crumbled paneer.
  11. Prepare 100 gm of finely chopped onions.
  12. Take 90 gm of finely chopped tomato.
  13. Make ready 2 of green chilles, finely chopped.
  14. Take 1/4 cup of finely chopped coriander.
  15. Make ready 2 sprigs of curry leaves.
  16. You need 1 tsp of oil.
  17. Make ready 1/2 tsp of jeera seeds.
  18. Take 1 tbsp of ginger- garlic paste.
  19. You need 1/2 tsp of haldi.
  20. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  21. You need 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  22. Make ready 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
  23. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
  24. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.

Multigrain Masala Dosa instructions

  1. Method for the stuffing.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add jeera seeds and let t splutter..
  3. Once the seeds crackle, add onions, green chilies, curry leaves and saute on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes..
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring continously..
  5. Add the salt, paneer and remaining masalas and cook for 5 to 7 minutes..
  6. Add approx 2 tsp water to the stuffing and cook for another 5 minutes on medium flame. Remove from flame and keep aside..
  7. Method for the Dosa.
  8. In a large bowl, add all the different flours, except oil and add approx 3/4 cup of water and mix together to make a lump free batter..
  9. The batter should not be very thin..
  10. Heat a non stick pan on medium heat..
  11. Pour a ladle of batter in the center and quickly spread into a circle..
  12. Add 1/4 tsp of oil around the entire dosa and let it cook for 1/2 minute or till you can see the edges leaving the pan..
  13. Flip over and cook the other side for 1/2 minute..
  14. Again flip over the dosa and spread approx 2 tbsp of the prepared stuffing on the half side of the dosa..
  15. Flip the other side to make a half moon shape and cook again on both the sides till crispy. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately..
