  3. To prepare Makhani sauce I) Heat oil and butter in a pan then, add jeera, ruffly chopped onion, ruffly chopped tomato add cashew nut in the pan..
  4. Ii) Gradually, add all thd spices (mentioned above) and add 1cup water and mix all the ingredients at medium heat in a pan/kadai. For approximately 5-10 minutes (until tomato get soften).

iii) Grind the mixture and again heat a kadai/pan, add oil and butter into the pan/kadai add grinded mixture into pan/kadai and make a thick sauce through it now, add cheese into the sauce (quantity mentioned above), give it a good mix and leave it for 5-10 minute at medium heat..

  1. Iv) Freeze the sauce after it get a bit cooled after 5-10 minutes for5-6 hours..
    1. Cheese Sauce I)Heat butter in a pan and add maida(white flour) and sotte the maida gradually add milk slowly in a gap so that lumps should not form. Add salt, oregano, chilli flakes also cheese (all quantities mentioned above) add makhani sauce into it. Mix well..
